Andrew is one of the creators and lead guy in the kitchen for Field to the Fork. Cooking since he was a little boy, he’s developed a passion for cooking at a young age. Today the kitchen is his favorite place at home and enjoys sharing his cooking creations with his family and close friends. Married and father of two boys, teaches his kids the traditions of our family. Andrew has a passion for the outdoors and all that it has to offer.
Louis
Co-Owner
Louis is another one of the creators of Field to the Fork. Like his brother Andrew, he shares the passions of the outdoors and bringing the bounty of his hunts to the table. Husband, father, hunter, competition shooter, conservationist he shares his love of the outdoors with today’s youth.
Willie
Elite Staff
Willie taught us to love the outdoors and enjoyed carrying on the hunting traditions… Willie was the one who would wake us up at 3am to go small game hunting. He was dedicated to showing us what he enjoyed so much, being with his family and the great outdoors. He has introduced many to the sport. Today he still gets out with us and his grandson’s. He loves wing tip shooting.
Sal

Uncle Sal is my Dad’s younger brother, he doesn’t hunt. He loves being in the kitchen. Uncle Sal is big on quality control, and is a huge help with a lot of our family traditions. Father and Grandfather Uncle Sal, loves to put a smile on your face.
Frankie A

Frankie A has been hunting with us forever, never a bad time when he is around. Frank is one of the best trackers we know, he covers the area and never comes up empty handed. He has been in the outdoors since he was a small child. Bow or barrel he cant get enough of the outdoors. Frankie’s father Frank Sr. was a NRA and hunter safety course instructor. Frank is a true conservationist and mentor to the young guns, passing down all that was taught to him by his father. He knows his way around the outdoors and the kitchen. Loving husband, father and grandfather.

Frank is our pride and joy when it comes to bow hunting. Nothing gets buy him. This young man has been in the field since he could walk. One of best suppliers of venison. Frank is always testing the limits from his work ethics to his hunting integrity. Frank adds his own flare in the kitchen and is a true asset to Field To The Fork.
Dave

Dave is guy that calls in the big birds, His calling skills are truly remarkable. He has been hunting since he was a small boy with his Dad and his brother at the family’s Shangri-La. Dave shares all that he has with his friends, from making custom knifes to turkey callers, Dave is a true craftsman. Father of three he keeps the outdoors close to his heart. Keeping family traditions in the field and in the kitchen.
Andrew Jr.
Pro Staff - New Young Generation
Andrew Jr. another creator of Field to the Fork. He has been hunting and shooting since he was a young child. In the kitchen with grandma and grandpa since he knew how to chew. He picked up the sport of clay shooting. He won his first clay shooting contest at 11. He earned both shooting merit badges the scouts offer. He also won several cooking contests with the Scouts. Has the discipline needed in the outdoors.
Nicholas
Pro Staff - New Young Generation
Nicholas another creator of Field to the Fork, Nick like his older brother has been involved in shooting, hunting, fishing and cooking since he remember. Nick also known as the “Sauce Boss” takes the lead in family cooking projects. Nick is a true master in learning the family recipes. He also won several cooking contests. Also, a master sharp shooter with a 22. Rifle.
